Did you try deleting your entire alien-dalvik file system so that there is no cache left at all? It worked for me to solve this problem, you can find a guide here: https://together.jolla.com/question/13805/android-support-not-working-apps-not-loading/#post-id-14896
Don't forget to back up your android apps and data, they all get removed in the process.
