It could be a memory issue. Dalvik takes a lot of memory. Try launching an android app with no other (Sailfish) apps running.

I just did some testing on that one. That pretty much worked by putting it into my safe and taking it back out, at some point 3G didn't reconnect and I ended up with android apps crashing at startup...

If you have the wrong setup for mobile data, as it was by default by me (configuring WAP instead of Internet), all andriod apps crash the way you described. Go Settings / System / Mobile network, and...
