As mentionned in my previous post, I have cleaned up again alien-dalvik and factory reset the phone. The is now up to date without any doid support installed. Less then 24 bours later, the mlbile network is again greyed out...i was in flight mode for 2 hours and lost these while I havent even set those settings...if there is no HW issue here, there is definitivelly a SW issue...
